CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As FEMU, we will be able to record, classify, process, store, update, and, in cases permitted by law, transfer the personal data of our customers and employees to third parties as data controller within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. With this clarification text, we are informing you about our mutual rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

1-YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Your personal information; is collected from sources such as your visit to our website, your shares in phone or e-mail

correspondence, and your visit to our workplace. In the event that you purchase goods or services from FEMU or enter into a commercial or legal relationship in any other way, your identity information (name, surname, Turkish ID number, gender, date of birth,) primarily; your contact data (e-mail address, address and phone information, IP address), data regarding the product you purchased within the scope of FEMU's field of activity, your visual and auditory data, will be processed by FEMU within the framework of the reasons for legal compliance specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and legal obligations, and within the scope of compulsory legitimate interests.

Furthermore, apart from the above, in order for you to benefit from our products and services offered by FEMU without any problems, to develop our product and service diversity, and to provide services with the principle of "best service, best product" from time to time, your personal product habits will be analyzed regarding the products you purchased from FEMU, and your following personal data may be processed with your explicit consent, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, for the preparation and presentation of various reports, analyses and studies so that you can benefit from customer services, consumer rights and other opportunities in this context:

• Location data, education and profession information,

• Vehicle license plate and visual records,

• Information you share about family members,

• Your likes and usage habits,

• Your financial data,

These data will be processed and protected only for the purposes specified in the Explicit Consent Text to be obtained separately from you for data subject to explicit consent in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Your personal data will be processed for the period deemed necessary within the framework of relevant legal regulations, and then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

2-LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In order to benefit from our products and services offered by our company FEMU without any problems, to develop our product diversity with the information received, to provide product diversity according to your taste, to provide a personal marketing service about you by obtaining your information as defined above and to provide service with the principle of "best product", to analyze your personal shopping habits through automated systems, and also for use by group companies, business partners, suppliers, service providers, so that you can benefit from the products you purchased/are interested in and related customer services, consumer rights and other opportunities and/or to fulfill commercial/financial/legal responsibilities related to them and/or it may be processed in cases required or necessary for legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

If you do not have a previously obtained consent and permission; we will request your consent for your personal data that does not fall under one of the legal compliance reasons specified in Article 5/2 of the law. In this case, you will be able to give permission in digital environment with the same legal quality and value as a written signed permission.

3-SHARING AND TRANSFER OF DATA

Your personal data obtained directly from you through our websites, mobile applications and obtained by our company through various channels may be shared with public institutions or organizations authorized to request these data due to legal necessity, and with our domestic and international institutions and business partners with whom we have contracts due to our activities, provided that sufficient and effective measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles determined in the legislation.

According to KVKK Article 9, data transfer abroad is carried out with the presence of adequate protection in the relevant country and/or with the permission of the Personal Data Protection Board.
